Children
Children under the age of five will only be admitted to age appropriate shows.
Seating
All shows begin promptly at the time indicated on your ticket. Any patron who arrives late or leaves the auditorium during the performance will be seated at the discretion of management. Patrons are urged to remain seated when the performance is in progress.
MCTI reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed to be disorderly or who fails to comply with these or other MCTI policies.
Parking
Parking is available on the street and other parking lots along main street. MCTI is not responsible for accidents and/or vehicle damage. Patrons are using these parking areas at their own risk.
Electronic Pagers & Cell Phones
Please turn off all cellular phones, pagers, and alarm watches before the show begins. If you are on-call, please leave your device with our house manager along with your seat number and you will be notified in the event of an emergency situation.
Emergency Exits
In the unlikely event of an emergency, please walk, do not run, to the exit nearest to where you are seated. The primary exit is up the aisle and out the front lobby doors, as you entered, or over our stage and out the back.
No Smoking
If you wish to smoke, you must leave the building. Take your ticket stub with you for re-admittance.
Lost and Found
Call (270) 338-7165. We regret we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please be prompt in inquiring about your lost and found items as they are only held for 30 days from date found.
Refreshments
Beverages are not permitted in the auditorium.
